My Approach
I believe that much of the success of therapy is attributed to the relationship formed between you and your therapist. I strive to create a relaxed, warm and welcoming environment. I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy. I am a mom of two and particularly enjoy working with other mothers on their journey to and through parenting.
I provide an individualized and humanistic approach, tailoring my methods to meet your unique needs. I utilize multiple modalities in my work, including psychodynamic approaches, attachment theory, CBT, and EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I believe in a mind-body approach to healing, recognizing the deep connection between our thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being.
